摘要
双柏炎痛喷雾剂是以本院验方双柏散（大黄、黄柏、侧柏叶等组成）为基础经剂型改革而成的临床有效制剂。为探讨该药消肿散瘀的药理作用机制，用双柏炎痛喷雾剂对急性软组织挫伤和血肿实验动物模型进行治疗，结果表明该药能抑制创伤性无菌性炎症反应，有良好的消肿散瘀作用。
Shuangbo Yantong Spray is an effective formula derived from Shuangbo San. The rat model with acute soft tissue contusion and hematoma was established to observe the effect of Shuangbo Yantong Spray on acute soft tissue injury. The results suggested that Shuangbo Yantong Spray inhibited traumatic aseptic inflammation and exerted an effect in relieving swelling and dispersing blood stasis.
