摘要
文章分析了中国林化产品出口现状及贸易壁垒,指出发达国家采用技术标准、环境认证和社会责任等技术性贸易措施限制从中国进口林化产品,从政府和企业两个角度提出政府支持、主动适应新标准、高级生产要素培育、结盟应对、市场多元化及实施认证等应对措施。
The export reality and trade harriers of China＇s forest chemical products have been analyzed. Conclusion has been made that the TBT of technique standards, ISO 14000 and SA 8000 are used to restrict the forest chemical product import from China. The countermeasures of government support, accommodating new standards forwardly, fostering advanced produce essentials, fronting trade barriers together, diversifying export markers and carrying into certifications are given from government and enterprise.
