摘要
介绍了瑞昌水泥有限公司不断优化矿渣水泥产品性能的措施和对策,包括细度控制,石膏掺量摸索和掺入5%左右的石灰石以改善矿粉性能等。通过这些措施的实施及指标的调整得出:(1)熟料粉和矿渣粉不宜磨得过细,分别控制在380和450~480m^2/kg即可满足生产要求;(2)石膏的类型与适宜掺量应根据实际生产、原料情况进行对比;(3)矿渣中配入少量石灰石,可以达到增产和提高矿粉7d活性的效果。
Introduced the measure Ruichang Cement Company took to optimize their slag cement product, including fineness control, gypsum adjustment and adding 5% limestone to improve the slag power. The results show that grinding the clinker and slag too fine is inadvisable and the suitable fineness is about 380 and 450-480 m^2/kg; gypsum adding should be adjusted according to the real production and raw material condition; and if some limestone mixed to slag, the slag will have more 7d activity and the cement output will increase.
