摘要
由于烧结生石灰消化过程及产生粉尘的特点,采用传统的电除尘和布袋除尘存在一系列弊端。为此,莱钢烧结厂选用高效浸入湿式除尘技术,对2×265m2烧结机生石灰消化除尘系统进行了合理改造。通过湿法除尘、污水沉淀和循环利用,有效改善了生石灰消化现场环境,实现了清洁生产。
In view of sintering quicklime hydration and its characteristics of producing flying dust, a series of problems may exist in adopting the traditional ESP and bag filter. For this reason, the high efficient immersed wet dedusting technology was selected and used in Laisteel sintering plant to modify the quicklime hydration system for 2× 265 m^2 sinter machine. Through wet type dedusting, sewage sedimentation and recycling use, the quick lime hydration site environment was effectively improved, and clean production was realized.
