摘要
从寄生药用植物肉苁蓉(CistanchedeserticolaMa)及寄主梭梭(HalaxylonammodendronBunge)根系中分离出真菌镰刀菌属茄病菌(Fasariumsolani)菌丝。在梭梭根系纵切片观察到木质部导管中有半透明菌丝。在MS培养基中,菌丝形成菌丝体,以菌丝体制成的诱导子(elicitor)能显著提高愈伤组织氨基酸含量,与野生植株相比,7种人体必需氨基酸(除苏氨酸略低外)均高于原植株,其中苯丙氨酸高达10倍以上。
The white hyphae were isolated from the root systems of both the parasite plant Cistanchedeserticola and its host Halaxylon ammodendron Bunge, which were identified as Fasarium solani, aspectes of the genus Fasarium LK. The translucent hyphae were also observed in the vessel elements of xylem in the longitudinal section of Halaxylon ammodendron root system. When the hyphae cultured on the MS medium, the white mycelia were formed. The elicitor prepared from the mycelia could remarkedly improve the aminoacid contents in the Cistanche deserticola calli. The contents of seven human essential aminoacids except threonine were higher than that in the original plant, such as, the phenylananine content was tenfold higher.
