摘要
大学文化在现代大学发展中的作用越来越突出,已成为提升大学核心竞争力的重要因素,越来越多的大学把大学文化建设作为学校建设的重要组成部分.因此,大学文化建设的效果评价十分重要.通过建立"大学文化与大学发展耦合度"评价模型,对军工院校大学文化建设的效果进行实证分析.结果表明,哈尔滨工程大学的大学文化与大学发展之间的耦合度较高,耦合作用较强,大学文化在促进学校自觉肩负服务国防使命、实现自身发展目标中的作用明显,大学文化系统与大学发展系统之间呈正相关关系.
University culture has been playing a more and more important role in the development of contemporary universities and is now looked at as an essential element for improving core competitiveness and building up a university. A means to evaluate the effectiveness of methods used to build university culture is very important. After establishing an evaluation model of the degree of coupling between university culture and university development, the authors made an empirical analysis of the effectiveness of university culture for building up a military industrial university. The result demonstrates that the degree of coupling between university culture and university development in Harbin Engineering University is high, and the coupling interaction is strong. University culture had deftnite effects in support of the mission of serving national defense and achieving the objectives of university development. University culture is positively related to university development.
