进展期胃癌低蛋白血症与TNF-α、IL-6的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 胃癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，能早期就诊并进行根治性手术的患者可获得治愈，然而大多数胃癌患者就诊时已是中晚期，常合并有消瘦、低白蛋白血症、恶病质等征象，这种状态不利于原发病的治疗，降低患者的生活质量，甚至影响预后，导致手术死亡率和并发症增高。一般认为．肿瘤性低白蛋白血症主要是因为机体的负氮平衡状态，营养不足难以维持代谢的需要，但纠正营养，改善体质量、
