124例输精管缺如的病因分析 被引量：4

摘要 本文报告我院自１９８８年８月－１９９６年１２月间。共诊查男性不育７３９０例，其中发现先天性输精管缺如（ｃｏｎｇｅｎｉｔａｌａｂｓｅｎｃｅｏｆｔｈｅｖａｓｄｅｆｅｒｅｎｔｅ，ＣＡＶＤ）１２４例。经观察未发现有明显致病原因存在，但输精管缺如患者与其母亲生育年龄和卵泡的发育有关。生育过多、过晚、过早输精管缺如出现多。因此母亲最佳生育期的选择很重要，保证卵细胞的正常发育。
