DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折致髋内翻的防治 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折致髋内翻的防治。方法对本院自1998年6月至2007年6月115例股骨粗隆间骨折,采用DHS内固定治疗术后出现髋内翻的8例进行回顾性分析。结果8例髋内翻病例中,与骨折严重程度、忽视内侧结构重建、术中操作不当、骨质疏松等因素有关。结论骨折严重程度及忽视内侧结构重建是致髋内翻的主要因素,术中重视内侧支持结构重建,严格规范手术操作,正确指导锻炼及抗骨质疏松治疗,可减少髋内翻发生。
