摘要
目的统计分析2006～2008年本院麻醉药品的使用合理性。方法采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量法对本院药库微机管理系统提供的2006～2008年麻醉药品的应用数据,进行统计分析。结果本院麻醉药品的使用量逐年增加,但硫酸吗啡控释片的使用频度基本没有增加,盐酸哌替啶注射液的使用频度依然较高。结论本院麻醉药品的使用基本符合有关规定,但其使用依然存在一定问题,尤其是吗啡类药品的使用,因此还应逐步加以完善麻醉药品的使用。
Objective To analyze the reasonableness of the use of narcotic drugs from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital. Methods Use the defined daily dose method that the WHO recommended to Statistically analyse the narcotic drugs of the application data from 2006 to 2008 that our hospital＇ s drug storehouse computer management system provide. Results The hospital use of narcotic drugs had increased year by year, but controlled-release morphine sulfate tablets in the basic use of the frequency did not increase, pethidine hydrochlo-ride injection was still in a higher use frequency. Conclusions The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is in line with the relevant provisions, but there are certain problems remain in its use, particularly the use of morphine-type drugs. Therefore it should also be improved step by step to perfect the use of narcotic drugs.
