摘要
目的研究β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的临床疗效和不良反应。方法收集本院门诊使用β受体阻滞剂治疗的高血压病例62份,回顾性研究相关体检指标和不良反应。结果治疗有效率51.6%,不良反应率25.8%。结论β受体阻滞剂治疗效果较满意,但不良反应较多,临床应注意合理用药。
Objective To evaluate the treatment efficient and adverse reactions of β receptor blockers on clinical hypertension cases. Methods 62 cases histories were collected from outpatient cases of 2008, and data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Total efficient ratio was 51.6% , with 25. 8% show adverse reactions. Conclusion β receptor blockers have good efficient on hypertension with some side effects and should be prescribed with careful.
