摘要
目的通过研究中药桔梗对卡马西平血药浓度的影响,探讨中药与西药之间可能发生的相互作用。方法采用HPLC方法测定卡马西平单独给药及桔梗和卡马西平合并给药后家兔体内的血药浓度,进行统计学检验。结果合用桔梗组在给药后6h卡马西平血药浓度明显高于单用卡马西平组,桔梗合用卡马西平方案给药后在2h,4h,6h的血药浓度值存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论桔梗可以增加卡马西平血药浓度,合用桔梗应减少卡马西平的用量,以保持疗效不变并降低不良反应。本研究对于指导临床安全、合理用药具有指导意义。
Objective To research the effect of Platycodon grandiflorum on the blood-drug concentration of carbamazepine in rabbits and study the interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Method After administration of carbamazepine, the blood concentration of earbamazepine was determined with HPLC, describe the curve of blood concentration-time. Results It was discovered that blood-drugeoncentration of carbamazepine in combination use with Platyeodon grandiflornm was higher than that of carbamazepine alone use obviously through the drng-time curve of carbamazepine, as well as the AUC. It was the highest in 6 hours especially. The blood concentration of carbamasepine at 2,4, and6 hours were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions If the dosage of carbamazepine used to individuals were decreased, the incidence rate of the adverse reactions of CBZ would descend but the therapeutic effect maintain invariably because Platyeodon grandiflorum may increase the blood-drug concentration of carbamazepine. There is powerful significance that this study guides rational utilizing medicine and ensure safety of clinic.
