摘要
网络教学是计算机网络和多媒体技术相结合的新一代教育技术。文章对网络教学系统的特点和现状进行了分析，并且对网络教学系统的组织进行了研究，探讨了网络教学系统技术的应用发展情况。
Network teaching is a new educational technology that the computer network is combined with multimedia technology. We analized the character and the current situation of network teaching system, and the research of the framework about it. We discussed the application and the development of network teaching system.
