摘要
在全球陷入金融危机的大背景下,通过对以往数次金融危机的分析,着眼于FDI的利用在频发金融危机的新兴经济体中的影响,并考察新时期FDI的新形式,认为FDI尽管在经济发展过程中起到了不可忽视的作用,但由于其利用缺乏合理的引导与监督,在发展中国家的金融危机中起到了推波助澜的作用,所以我国在利用FDI的同时要理性、认识FDI对经济发展的影响,谨慎发展我国金融衍生品市场,同时要加强对房地产市场的监控并加大支持力度。
Based on the analysis to the several financial crises in the past, this article focus on the negative impacts of FDI in the financial crisis of the NIES, by taking the new style of FDI into research, we believe the FDI made a even worse effects when NIES fall in crisis, so our country should be aware of FDI＇s negative actions, and be more cautious about development of financial futures market, and make a good monitor to real estate market with a even more powerful support policy.
