摘要
对知识进行测度与管理是建立并巩固企业竞争优势的一个有效途径。本文基于SNA,提出了一个测度企业员工知识存量的方法;然后应用此方法,实证研究了两家企业的研发部员工知识存量的影响因素,发现两家企业员工的知识积累主要受他们在当前企业工作年限的影响,与他们在加入当前企业前的工作经历不相关。该发现有助于企业加深对知识型员工的认识,从而有区别地对知识型员工进行管理,从一定程度上说明该方法是有效的。
The measurement and management of knowledge is one efficient way to build and strengthen the firm's competitive advantage. Based on SNA, we propose one method to measure the employees' knowledge stock. And then by using this method, we study the factors that could influence the employees' knowledge stock, and find that the tenure of serving the current company correlates significantly with knowledge stock, while the industrial experience does not. This finding helps to uncover the veil of knowledge worker, and also can bring about management practice focusing on them, and to some extent proves that this method is effective.
