摘要
以具心血管活性的异喹啉生物碱为先导物，设计合成了１０个未见文献报道的１（４酰氧基苄基）四氢异喹啉类化合物，结构经元素分析、红外光谱。
With the isoquinoline alkaloids,ten 1 (4 acyloxy benzyl) 1,2,3,4 tetrahydro isoquinoline derivatives were designed and prepared,which had not been reported previously in literature.The chemical structures of all the compounds were determined by elemental analysis,IR,NMR and MS.The effects of the compounds on the hypotensive and antiarrhythmic activities are under investigation.
