血糖波动与糖尿病血管并发症关系的机制及其干预研究 被引量：4

摘要 高血糖是糖尿病的标志，也是导致糖尿病慢性血管并发症的主要因素。高血糖对糖尿病患者血管的病理作用主要有两种方式，即慢性持续性高血糖与慢性波动性高血糖，慢性波动性高血糖是指慢性间歇性或阵发性高血糖状态。近几年，随着对糖尿病病理生理机制的深入研究以及多项大型临床观察的开展，学者们开始关注血糖波动对糖尿病慢性并发症的重要影响，以下就血糖波动与糖尿病慢性血管并发症之间关系的研究进展作一综述。
