摘要
采用Fluent流体软件分析厚胶板挤出流道中胶料等温流变行为,考察分流块主要结构参数(分流块高度、宽度和长度)对流道内部速度场和出口速率分布影响;在此基础上,将实际挤出制品和模拟结果进行对比,同时观察流道内胶料填充情况,可知模拟结果基本可靠,能够满足设计和工艺要求。
By using Fluent software to analyze isothermal rheological behavior of rubber materials in the flow channel of thick sheet extrusion, and studied the impacts of main structural parameters (height, width and length of shunt block) on velocity field and the distribution of exit rate in the internal of flow. Therefore, compared the actual extrusion products with simulation results, while observed the filling situation of compound inside the flow channel, so it is approved that the simulation results is basically reliable, and is able to meet the design and process requirements.
