This paper describes the commonly used encoder types and compression formats,the basic principles of transport protocols for mobile streaming media technology,discusses in detail the realized scheme of mobile streaming media system construction,the innovation and expansion of mobile streaming media video business as well as some technical difficulties and challenges that the mobile streaming media technology has to face in future.
