摘要
目的探讨应用异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复鼻中隔术后黏膜缺损的价值。方法对27例鼻中隔术后的黏膜缺损或穿孔应用异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质修复膜行一期修复。结果随访4周～2年,24例鼻中隔偏曲矫正及肿瘤切除术后患者均无穿孔,3例鼻中隔穿孔患者一次性修复成功,外形满意。结论异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复鼻中隔术后的黏膜缺损或穿孔手术操作简便,效果良好,有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the heterogeneity （cattle） acellular deunal matrix in repairing mucosa defect of the nasal septum. Methods Twenty-seven cases of mucosa defect or perforation of the nasal septum were treated with the heterogeneity acellular deunal matrix after surgery on the nasal septum. Results During a follow-up of 4 weeks to 2 years,twenty-four patients who had undergone nasal septal reconstruction or tumor resection had no perforation,and three patients with nasal septal perforation were successfully repaired. Conclusion The heterogeneity acellular deunal matrix can be easily obtained and it is a new method to repair mucosa defect of the nasal septum.
