固定化包埋细胞颗粒填充床光生物制氢反应器内的多相传输模型

摘要
包埋细胞颗粒填充床光生物制氢反应器内是带有气液两相流动、底物及产物扩散、颗粒内生化反应的复杂生化反应体系。文中建立了包埋细胞颗粒填充床内含生化反应的多元多相流动及传输特性的多相混合模型,并发展了包埋细胞颗粒光生物制氢反应器底物降解和光合产氢的理论计算方法。模型的理论预测值与填充床反应器底物降解和光合产氢特性实验结果基本符合。
