摘要
总结１９８４年至１９９４年间住院治疗的特殊食管异物１７５例，其中１６２例经食管镜下顺利取出治愈，１１例经食管镜取异物失败转胸科，２例因严重合并症，直接转胸科。１３例患者经胸外科手术治疗１２例治愈，异物取出伤口愈合，１例缝衣针异物未能取出。本文重点总结分析１３例未能从食管镜取出异物的原因及经验。
Abstract From 1984 to 1994 , 175 cases of special foreign bodies of esophagus had been treat- ed in our hospital. Among them , 1 62 cases were cured by esophagoscope , 1 1 cases were tranfered to department of thoracic surgery because of esophagoscopy failure and preop- erative severe complications respectively. 1 2 of 1 3 case who undergone thoracic surgery had been cured , except 1 case who failed in taking out the foreign body (needle ) . The cause of failure was also discussed.
