摘要
根据Ｍｕｌｌｉｋｅｎ和Ｇｌｏｗａｃｋｉ提出的血管病变分类方法，对我院既往１２０例头面颈部血管瘤病变标本进行了回顾分析。１２０例中组织学分类为血管瘤６８例，血管畸形５２例。结果显示两者在组织结构、生物特性和临床表现上有很大区别。研究结果进一步证明该分类科学、合理，有利于临床治疗和预后的判断。本文结合新分类对治疗方案的选择进行了详细讨论。
Abstract One hundred and twenty specimens of congenital vascular lesions on head and max- illofacial region were reviewed. According to new biological classification of vascular le- sions proposed by Mulliken and Glowacki , 68 cases were hemangioma and 52 cases were vascular malformation. Hemangioma and malformation were completely different in clinical behavior and endothelial cell characteristics. Our study confirms that Mulliken's classification is a scientific . and reasonable one , beneficial for clinical treatment and judgement of the prognosis. The selection of treatment plan combined with the new classification was disccused in detail.
