摘要
鼻腔、咽腔、喉腔的血管瘤手术治疗较为困难，本文报告２０例腔内血管瘤，采用瘤周或瘤内平阳霉素局部注射治疗，观察６～１８月，１６例患者血管瘤消退，４例患者瘤体明显缩小。平阳霉素局部注射是治疗腔内血管瘤有效、便捷的方法。
Abstract Hemangioma is not an uncommon tumor in the area of head and neck. Especially in the deep cavity of upper respiratory tract which is not easily to be reached by common medical instrument. To cut the tumor completely is often very difficult. Bleomycin-A5 has been used for controlling hemangioma in the area of head and neck quite extensively in recent ten years. We have treated 20 cases of hemangioma in different area of head and neck during past two years under the guidence of endoscope by local injection of Bleomycin-A5. Among them, 16 were located on pharynx and larynx, 4 in nasal cavity
