摘要
人类的生存和发展离不开水土资源,切实加强对水土资源问题的研究,对实现流域水土资源的可持续利用、促进经济社会的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。介绍了水土资源及其承载力的含义,分析了我国水土资源的现状及存在的问题,并提出了促进水土资源可持续利用的对策。
Humanity＇s survival development cannot leave the water and soil resources. Practically, it has the extremely vital significance to strengthen the research of water and soil resources question research, to realize the water and soil resources sustainable use and promote economic society sustainable development. The content of water and soil resources and its bearing capacity were introduced ,the status of existing problems of water and soil resource in China were analyzed, and the measures of promoting sustainable use of water and soil resources were put forward.
