摘要
以哈尔滨市阿城区为例,参考PSR模型和投入产出模型,从耕地利用压力状态和集约状态角度,建立了基于压力指标和集约指标的评价指标体系,进行了耕地可持续利用评价。最后,对评价结果的合理性进行了分析,并针对阿城区的实际提出了促进耕地可持续利用的相关措施。
Taking Acheng District of Harbin City as an example, from the perspective of pressure and intensivism situation of cultivated land, evaluation index system was established based on the pressure indices and intensive indices with reference of PSR model and input - output model. And the sustainable use of cultivated land was evaluated. Finally, the reasonability of evaluation result was analyzed, and some measures on promoting the sustainable use of cultivated land were put forward based on the actual conditions of Acheng District.
