摘要
[目的]对野生河北木蓝进行繁殖试验,为其大规模的引种驯化提供依据。[方法]设计了扦插、种子萌发2组试验。[结果]在扦插试验中,IBA50~300mg/L均不同程度提高河北木蓝插条的成活率,其中以IBA300mg/L处理效果最佳,成活率达80%。该方法适用于木蓝大规模的引种驯化。在野生种子萌发试验中,热水浸种5min、浓度95%浓硫酸浸种处理对打破种子休眠有明显作用,以浓硫酸处理在砂基质中培养萌发率最高,冷水浸种24h对促进种子萌发无明显作用。[结论]引种河北木蓝在保持水土、发展畜牧业、恢复自然生态环境等方面具有重要意义。
[ Objective l The propagation of Indigofera bungeana Walp. was studied to provide the basis of its introduction and domestication. [ Method] The experiment on propagation of lndigofera bungeana Walp. was studied. [ Result] 50 -300 mg/L IBA could accelerate rooting. The best treatment was 300 mg/L ABT, the surviving rate of which could reach 80%. It could be used in large-scale production. The wild seeds were soaked in hot water or 95% concentrated sulfuric acid, and the dormancy of seeds of Indigofera bungeana Walp. could be broken effectively. The best treatment was soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid and cultured with grit. The effect of soaking seeds in cold water for 24h was the worst. [ Conclusion] The introduction and culture of lndigofera bungeana Walp. were improtant in conserving water and soil, developing animal hasbandry industry and improving ecological environment.
