摘要
以泉州—厦门高速公路工程监理为例，介绍了施工监理组织及其实施概况。并在总结其它高速公路监理经验的基础上，对我国未来公路建设的发展，以及如何完善公路监理制度和提高工程监理质量提出了一些建议。
Introduces briefly the organization and performance of the construction supervision for Quanzhou Xiamen express highway and summaries the expeirences of the supervision.In view of the prospect of the future highway construction in China,the paper proposes some suggestions about how to improve and perfect the regulation of highway supervision.
