It has been a rollercoaster ride recently for China＇s real estate market, with ,slowdown and stagnation followed by rebound and recovery in the first six months of this year alone. It seems no small part of this upswing has been due to state-owned property developers, who are joining the bidding for land in urban areas in increasing numbers.
