摘要
后发者与先发者不平等竞争的同步发展,追赶与创新并存的双重发展以及改革开放以来的高速发展、超前发展,表明广东高等教育深受迟发展效应的影响,并在此过程中既获得了迟发展优势,也面临着错位发展、失衡发展、畸变发展等迟发展劣势。为了扩大迟发展优势、清除迟发展劣势,非常有必要从发展思想、发展定位、发展主体(政府威权)以及发展方式等方面合理调控广东高等教育的发展进程。
In the past thirty years, the unequal competition with developed countries and areas, the development strategy of catching-up and innovation, and the unduly rapid pace of development of higher education in Guangdong Province have combined to illustrate the Effect of the Late Comer, that is to say, higher education in Guangdong Province enjoys the advantages of being a Late Comer on the one hand, and suffers disadvantages such as transplacement, disequilibrium and variation development on the other. In order to maximize advantages and minimize disadvantages, it is necessary that the development of higher education in Guangdong Provincebe reasonably adjusted t from the perspectives of ideas, position, subject and model.
