摘要
应用二元对比排序法建立房地产评估的模糊数学评判模型，并将统计预测中的自适应过滤法改进后引入房地产价格评估，在此基础上建立了基于市场比较法的房地产模糊预测估价模型。
By using duality contrastive rank method judgement model of fuzzy mathematics for real estate evalution is built and improved self-adaptive filter method in statistical forcast is led into price assessment of real estate. on the basis of this. fuzzy mondel of forecast and estimation in real estate, in view of market data approach will have been built.
