摘要
综述了具生物活性微球体的制备方法和物理化学性质,重点讨论了用无皂乳液的方法来制备生物活性微球体的成核机理和动力学行为.关于反应性单体在不同的条件下对共聚体系的影响,以及工艺条件对最终产物性能的影响等也一并作了阐明.
This review describes synthesis ard physico chemical properties. of biomedical microspheres Nucleation mechanism and dynamic Character are emphasized by the method of emulsifier free emulsion polymerization The influence of reactive monomer on the polymerization in different situation and technology on the final microspheres is also reviewed
