有氧与无氧训练对游泳运动员相关生化指标影响的分析 被引量:3

The Effect of Aerobic and Anaerobic Training on the Serum Level of Lactic Acid and Its Related Factors

摘要 探讨了有氧与无氧训练对游泳运动员血乳酸等相关指标的影响及其相关因素.随机选取游泳队运动员,根据个人运动专长,安排相应专项训练,分别在训练前及运动后即刻抽取肘静脉血,检测血乳酸等生化指标及血常规指标.实验研究表明:有氧训练后血清ALB和钠离子显著升高、二氧化碳结合力明显下降;血乳酸变化与呈高度正相关,与二氧化碳结合力、NEUT和钠离子呈高度负相关;无氧训练后血清ALB、LYM和钠离子显著上升,二氧化碳结合力明显下降;血乳酸变化与ALB、LYM、LYM和钠离子呈高度正相关,与二氧化碳结合力、NEUT呈高度负相关;无氧训练后血钾浓度下降,与运动疲劳有关. To study the effect of Aerobic and Anaerobic Training on the Sermn Level of lactic Acid and Its Related Factors in the middle and long swimming players. Every athletes was trained with a special program designed according to the athletes ability. Blood was drawn from the vein before and soon after the training. Biochemistry tests including the level of serum lactic acid and Peripheral blood cells counting and classification were dected. The senan level of lactic acid, albumin, and sodium were increased after beth aerobic and anaerobic training, while the carbon dioxide combining power ( CO2 CP) was significantly decreased. The CO2 CP and Lymphocyte count were significantly correlated with the sermn level of lactic acid (P 〈 0.01) in both groups and the serum level of albumin, percentage of lymphocyte and percentage of neutron Phil were also correlated with the serum level of lactic acid ( P 〈 0.05). The serum level of sodium was increased in the anaerobic training group, which was correlated with the serum level of lactic. But the serum level of kalium was decreased in the anaerobic training group. Conclusions: The effects of aerobic and anaerobic training on the senun level of lactic acid are different. Serum level of lactic acid is a monitoring marker of the training way and intensity. Beside, some other biochemical and blood routine tests should be concemed. The serum level of kalium was decreased in the anaerobic training group, which related with the sport fatigue.
