摘要
介绍了国内现有电石渣干燥装置存在的问题及改进内容。改进后的干燥装置完善了加料工艺,采用了布袋除尘器,增设了预干化机,经调试,干燥后的电石渣含水量小于1%。
The existing problem and innovation measures of drying plant of carbide slag at present were introduced.The process of charging-up was perfected with the new drying plant. Some process was adopted, such as bag dust filter and predryer. Water content of carbide slag after drying was lower than 1%.
