MRSA的随机扩增多态DNA分型研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD),对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行基因分型研究,以确定医院内是否存在MRSA流行。方法:收集我院临床分离的40株MRSA,采用RAPD技术进行同源性分析。结果:40株MRSA经电泳可得到1~11条片段,分为6个基因型。结论:RAPD分型技术简便、快速,在医院感染流行病学调查中具有较大应用价值。
