摘要
在双亲灭活原生质体融合选育苏云金杆菌新菌株的过程中,最终筛选出一株毒力效价较双亲分别提高41%和117%的新菌株3#。该菌株的酯酶同工酶谱及晶体蛋白多肽均与双亲有显著不同。
A new Bt strain 3 # whose toxicity titer was 41% and 117% higher than those of its parents,has been obtained by inactived protoplast fusion technique.The estrase isoenzyme patterns,toxicity titer and polypeptides in parasporal crystals of fusants were quite different from that of their parental strains.
