摘要
外科手术部位感染是术后并发症之一,是医院感染的重要组成部分;了解其感染的发生机理及危险因素,可以有重点地进行医院感染监控,并采取有效的措施预防感染的发生,对病人和社会产生巨大的益处。本文重点就外科手术部位感染的定义、诊断标准、发展历史和现状、发病机理及主要危险因素研究进展进行综述。
Surgical site infection （SSI） is one of surgical postoperative complications, which constitutes the main of nosocomial infections. Understanding the mechanism and risk factors of SSI can make us strengthen the surveillance and adopt effective measures to prevent SSI. The article reviews the deftnition, diagnostic criteria, history, current situation, pathogenesis and main risk factors of SSI.
