摘要
半抗原DIG-ddUTP与DNA连接,以此作为探针可以与其相识别的蛋白质相结合,再用带有碱性磷酸的抗体处理,形成的复合物可作用于底物CSPD,使其产生萤光,而被x光片记录下来。
Hapten DIG- ddUTP is combined to DNA by terminal transferase. The DNA probe associates with its specific protein. The DNA-Protein is treated with anti-DIG antibody, Fab fragments coupled to alkaline phosphatase, and thereby forms a complex. The complex can catalyze its substrate CSPD to produce chemilu-minescent signals which are recorded by x-ray film.
