摘要
运用层次分析、模糊综合评判法建立评价体系,从时序角度通过协调综合发展指数和发展协调度分析了新疆交通和旅游系统的协调性。研究表明:20年来两系统综合发展指数不断提高,2000年综合发展指数为平均水平,两系统的综合发展指数分别为2.135和1.766,达到最高值。交通和旅游系统的协调度值在20年间增长超过40倍,反映出两系统之间的协调性不断加强。同时,交通和旅游系统时序变动具有明显的波动性和阶段性,早期是极度失调,在经济快速发展、政策大力扶持和交通与旅游业相互支持等方面的共同作用下,转变为勉强协调。
The article establishes an evaluation system according to the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and quantitative analyses of the coordination of transport and tourism in Xinjiang are conducted through the comprehensive development index and coordination degree with time series analysis. Research shows that ： the two systems development index is rising continuely in 20 years. Taking the development of a comprehensive index in 2000 as the average, the two systems integrated development index came to 2. 135 and 1. 766, the highest value in 2006. The degree of coordination of the transport and tourism systems increased by more than 40 times in 20 years, reflecting that the two systems strengthen coordination continuely. At the same time, there are obvious fluctuation and stage-change. The degree of coordination was set initially extreme imbalance and became to coordinated forcely, for that the economy has developed rapidly and the policy support and transport and tourism support each other effectively.
