从城市结构和功能模型出发 ,通过数学变换 ,揭示了城市规模分布的 Zipf指数的分维性质和地理意义 ,提出了城市体系等级结构的
Based on the models of urban structure and function,the geographical meanings and the fractal characteris- tics of Zipf’s law are revealed with mathematical transformation.The results show that the Zipf’s dimension can be used as a quantitative criterion to optimumize the hierarchy of urban systems.
