摘要
介绍了高钢级管线钢管对原材料质量的要求及其质量控制要点,分析了钢管成型前后钢板与钢管主要力学性能的变化,指出加大对原材料质量的检验力度,对保证钢管生产质量十分重要。
This article introduced the requirement of high strength line pipe for quality of raw materials and its quality controlling key points;and analyzed the changes of pipeline mechanical properties before and after forming.It pointed out that increasing raw materials inspection was very important to ensure production quality of steel pipe.
