摘要
针对国内某引进的HFW 630焊管生产线原有内毛刺清除设备在生产规格更换时安装调试困难以及刀头易损坏等问题,提出了相应的改进措施,改进后的装置整体结构简单,内毛刺清除的质量、刀杆规格更换的速度、刀头使用寿命以及成材率均得到了有效提高。
For the inside burrs cleaning device of imported HFW630 pipe production line in some one manufacturer in China,in event of changing pipe size,it will bring some problems such as installation and commission difficult,blade easy damage.Aiming at the problems,the incorresponding measures for improvement were put forward.The improved device possessed simple structure,and inside burrs cleaning quality,replacement speed of tool bar size,blade life and the finished product rate were all enhanced effectively.
