摘要
从动态优化的角度出发，运用经济控制论及生产函数有关原理，建立固定资产存量系统优化模型，并以优化某航运公司船舶存量为例，展示模型应用过程，验证模型应用效果，以提供确定最优固定资产存量水平的方法和途径．
The Paper uses the relevant theories of dynamic optimum control and the theories of production function to present an optimization model about fixed asset stocks.It also shows the applying and effect of the model by means of optimizing the stocks of vessel for shipping enterprise.It puts forward a new train of thought for optimizing fixed asset stocks.
