摘要
全身性感染是由感染所致的临床综合征,Toll样受体(TLR)导致的体内信号传导,使炎症反应级联放大,以及诱发机体免疫功能紊乱,致使机体对病原体清除效率降低。因此,阻断TLR传导通路可能会抑制全身性感染发生和发展的进程。
Sepsis is a clinical syndrome, which is induced by infection. The signal transduction of TLR makes inflammatory reaction cascade amplification. In addition, TLR may make resistance mechanism disordering, diminish the efficiency of pathogen clearance. Therefore, it could be an effective method that block the signal transduction of TLR to hamper the process of sepsis.
