摘要
本文在考虑了产生液压立柱偏载的各种因素的基础上,用三个虚构的扭簧模拟立柱两个球铰和活塞杆与缸筒之间的微小转动,用有限元方法对液压立柱进行了强度计算。实验结果证实本文采用的计算方法基本正确。在理论计算和实验的基础上对立柱强度和破坏机理作了详细分析。分析结果表明,立柱所受偏载使其承受能力降低30%;立柱破坏是从缸筒上部的塑性变形开始的。
The strength of a hydraulic prop is calculated under eccentric loading condition by using finite element method.Three fictitious rotary springs are introduced to the model to simulate the ball joints and the slight rotation at the junction of the piston rod and the cylinder.Experiment results show that the method is cor- rect.On the basis of the theoretical calculation and the experimental data,the strength and the mechanism of failure of the prop are discussed.The results show that eccentric load will decrease the carrying load capacity of the prop by 30%, and that the failure begins with plastic deformation at the top of the cylinder.
