煤加氢液化中铁催化剂催化活性的研究

摘要 本文用小型高压釜对充州高硫煤和先锋褐煤进行了不同条件的加氮液化试验,考察了不同铁催化剂的活性及影响因素,并用穆斯堡尔(M(o|')ssbauer)波谱研究了加氢反应前后铁催化剂形态的变化。试验发现:1.兖州煤因含较多的FeS_2故有一定的自催化能力,但加入矿物类铁催化剂仍有明显的促进作用,活性顺序为拜尔赤泥>海南铁矿>山东赤泥,适当提高铁催化剂的酸性对反应有利。2.先锋褐煤在石油重油中加氢液化,七种催化剂的活性顺序为FeS_2和Fe_4S_8>α-Fe_2O_3+0.5%SO^-_4>γ-Fe_2O_3>Fe_3O_4和α-Fe_2O_3>FeSO_4。在S/Fe为5∶2时α-Fe_2O_3反应后全部转变成Fe_(1-x)S,在无硫或低硫铁比时它仅转变成Fe_3O_4。3.先锋褐煤以Fe^(3+)交换后液化性能明显优于原煤和以机械混合方式加入Fe^(3+)或Fe_2O_3的煤。 Hydro-liquefaction tests of sulfur rich bituminous coal from Yanzhou and lignite from Xianfeng,Yunan,were made in small autoclaves in different conditions to study activity of several iron-catalysts and their influencing factors.And M(o|')ssbauer spectroscopy was applied to study transformation of catalysts before and after the reaction. The following are conclusions: 1.Yanzhou coal has some self-catalytic capacity because it is rich in FeS_2. When iron-containing ore is added,the reaction is evidently promoted.The order of activity of the catalysts is Bayer red mud>Hainan iron ore>Shandong red mud.Appropriately increased acidity of catalysts is beneficial to coal hydroliquefaction. 2.When hydro-liquefaction of Xianfeng lignite is performed in heavy oil, the activity order of 7 iron-catalysts is FeS_2 and Fe_7S_8>α-Fe_2O_3+0.5%SO^-_4>γ- Fe_2O_3>Fe_3O_4 and α-Fe_2O_3>FeSO_4.When S/Fe= 5:2,α-Fe_2O_3 can transform totally into Fe_(1-x)S after the reaction.When there is no sulfur,or when S/Fe ratio is very low,it can only convert into Fe_3O_4. 3.When having exchanged with Fe^(3+),the hydro-liquefaction behaviour of Xianfeng lignite is much better than that of raw coal or of lignite mechanically mixed with Fe^(3+)or Fe_2O_3.
