摘要
妊娠期由于雌激素作用导致阴道微环境改变,妊娠期阴道炎发病率及复发率明显上升,造成多种不良妊娠结局。本文对妊娠期各种常见阴道炎的发病机制、对母儿的影响、诊断和治疗作一概述。
The change of the estrogen lead to the change of the vaginal micro-environment and the high incidence and the relapse rate of vaginitis during pregnancy. The vaginitis can lead to a variety of adverse pregnancy outcomes. In this paper, we discuss the pathogenesis, pregnancy outcome, diagnosis and treatment of any kinds of vaginitis during pregnancy.
