摘要
压下系统供油泵的动态特征直接关系到系统工作性能,从而对产品质量造成影响。通过导出该泵的动态特性,分析了供油压力波动和管路振动的原因,并用于指导实践,通过更新改造,解决了现场难题。
The dynamic characteristics of oil supply pump in the screw down system of cold rolling mill are directly related to the performance of the system and they have influence on the quality of cold rolling products. In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the pump are deduced out, which can be used to analyze the fluctuation of oil supply pressure and the reason of pipe vibration. Owing to revamping of equipment system, a lot of equipent problems have been solved.
