摘要
使用PRBS信号调制超声,使起声波发射角不断随机地变化着,以覆盖不同的煤位表面;依据发射超声和从料位表面不同截面反射回来的超声的相关函数,从而得到料位的平均深度。这种新的煤位测量方法第一次做到了基本无测量盲区,并部分地克服了煤位非规则表面对测量精度的影响。本文提出的一种数字信号的快速相关处理算法和国外同类算法相比,具有速度快、可处理信号的频带宽和实时性强的特点。
PRBS signal is used to modulate the ultrasonic wave, which makes the transmission angle to change randomly to cover coal surface at different levels. The average depth of material is obtained by correlation function based on the transmitted ultrasonic waves and ultrasonic waves reflected by different cross-sections of material surface. No blind area is found for the first time with this method. And the influence of irregular surface on the accuracy of measurement is partially eliminated. The paper proposes a quick correlation method for processing digital signals. It is characterized by high speed, wide frequency and real-time as compared with similar algorithm abroad.
