摘要 在上海城区内,10kV交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆被广泛运用于新建配电工程和纸绝缘电缆改接工程。目前XLPE电缆主要的问题是当水分侵入电缆接头后,XLPE电缆绝缘性能将快速下降。为了防止此类情况发生,必须找到最好的接头防水方法。文章定义了电缆防水性能,介绍了绕包式接头、预制式接头和环氧树脂式接头等三种目前在上海城区内常见的接头防水方式,给出了这三种接头的运行可靠性分析和运行数据,并运用价值工程分析了这三种方式的性价比,给出了上海城区内电缆接头的选用建议。 In Shanghai urban area, 10kV XLPE power cable is widely used in the new distribution project and the oil--paper cable reconstruction project. One of the major challenges associated with XLPE power cable is that once water is entered into cable joints, the insulation capability of XLPE power cable will drop sharply. In order to prevent it , the best waterproof method of joint must be found. The paper defined the waterproof reliability. The three waterproof methods of 10kV XLPE power cable joints are described. They include ring type, precast type and epoxy resin type, which are popularly used in shanghai urban area now. Meanwhile operation reliability analysis and operation data of these three methods were also given out. Lastly ,the selection suggestions of medium voltage cable joints in shanghai urban area are introduced.
